  • ABOUT OUR FACILITIES


    Six x 12 ft. X-pole brand pole-aways.  This means that we have a lot of flexibility with what we can do in the dance space.  Any or all six poles can be easily stashed flush with the ceiling, within minutes, for example, when it is time for a yoga class, a burlesque practice, an event or a photoshoot. 

    1000sqft Hardwood Dance Floor

    A custom built changing room. Seating area, tea station and other amenities

    Two giant walls of mirrors. Backlit by LEDs

    Lighting  installations.  Highly customizable.

    Lots o’ beautiful art. Made by students, friends, and myself.  

  • All studio rentals come with:

    • Use of the Sound System. Let us know if you would prefer to use the bluetooth receiver rather than connecting sound directly to your device.  

    • Use of the lighting that is already installed and ready to go, including:

      • The LED Backlighting for 1-2 large mirror walls

      • Wall-Mounted LED PAR lights. Note: If you plan to move or reprogram any of these lights to a specific color, please book enough time to allow you to make those changes and also return each PAR light to its original setting

      • Additional lighting and sound options are available as add-ons (see below) provided you have booked sufficient time for set-up and break down

  • PRIVATE PRACTICE STUDIO RENTAL BY THE HOUR 

    This option is for solo or small group movement/practice sessions NOT a paid class. 

    • You have the dance floor and any poles all to yourself.  Self-guided.  

    • You also have control over music and lighting.  

    • There will be someone in the common area, but you can customize the level of privacy with the curtains.  

  • STUDIO RENTAL FOR PARTIES, EVENTS, PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY SESSIONS *Minimum 2 hours

    Add-ons

    • Additional sound equipment $300.  If you are very serious about your sound, and our current system is not sufficient for your needs, let us know and we will happily set you up with what you need. Additional fees apply. 

    • DJ and sound $500.

    • Assistant $35/hour. Our assistant is multitalented, multidimensional… just MULTI in every way, kay?  This is great for everyone because they will be happy to help you with almost anything you can think of. 

    • Privilege of altering the positioning and color of all PAR lights WITHOUT returning them to their original position $50. With this add on, we will take care of your lighting “break down” once your session is done.  If you do plan to be making alterations to the lighting, make sure you have still booked enough time to cover programming and setting up your lights at the beginning of your rental period.  If you would like help, please let us know at the time of booking, that you would like an assistant (see above bullet)! 

    • Folding Tables and chairs can also be arranged for additional fee

  • STUDIO RENTAL FOR UNAFFILIATED TEACHERS *Minimum 2 hours

    You will be charged an additional $5 per student per class.

    We will need to see proof of insurance for whatever you will be teaching.
